Important Notice: According to survey from professional exhibition consult agencies, visitors coming to show will remember following factors by order: exhibits attraction 39%; products demonstration 25%; exhibition stand design 14%; exhibitors display 10%; promotional materials 8%; exhibitors' popularity 4%. So, the key factors for success in exhibition are exhibits attraction and exhibitors display.
     First of all, choosing exhibits is the key point. Exhibits are the most important factor making an impression for visitors. Exhibits should be choosed on the basis of three principles: 1. Pertinence; 2. Typical; 3. Uniqueness. Pertinence means exhibits should fit to show aim, character and theme. Typical means exhibits should embody exhibitor's high & new technology, production capacity and feature of industry. Uniqueness means exhibits should be different with other congeneric products.
     Second, exhibitors display on show site. Nowadays, many exhibitors will show their products by means of song and dance, award-winning question or AV presentation. Why exhibitors would like to demonstrate their products by these means? because they can not demonstrate exhibits completely under static condition, only by these means for emphasizing, the exhibits' feature can be showed completely to visitors. Also, exhibitors should guide visitors for participation by means of free distribution of small sample.
     Third, exhibition stand design. Of course, the proportion of raw space stands is publicity focus for many exhibitions, and more and more exhibitors are paying more attention to rent raw space show area. However, the effects of raw space stand can not judged by its cost and decorations. The most important factor for building a raw space stand is the stand must attract visitors' attention by its suitable and characteristic corporate images, which can be considered from the following four aspects: 1. Exhibition stand design should be fit to the whole exhibition trading atmosphere; 2. Exhibits not stand should be the focus for visitors; 3. Stand should fit to corporate public images; 4. No neglecting the basic function of stand, such as:  products display, business chat, consulting, staff break and so on.
      Forth, exhibition staff is the key for show success. Allocating exhibition staff should consider the following four aspects: 1. Target exhibition's character; 2. Workload; 3. Basic Qualities and personality of staff; 4. Strengthening train staff's professional knowleage, function and display process about exhibits.
      Fifth, inviting clients. Visitors coming professional shows are always having clear aims. Therefore, exhibitors should invite clients purposefully except waiting for clients passively before exhibition begin. Inviting ways can be paying a personal visit, placing advertisements, promoting products brochure on site and so on.
